It can be quite difficult to be our authentic selvesβ¦ none of us are perfect and we donβt like to let others see our imperfections. If we can be brave enough to be ourselves, the stress of keeping up the pretence reduces and Iβve found it brings a sense of calmness and a different kind of confidence from within βΊοΈπ

When you told me your story and the sentence "I couldn't use my body so I had to use my mind" it really resonated.
Having gone through burnout myself, I know how important it is to take the mask off.
